No staff presence during two-day stay!!! Check-in process needs serious improvement, and the room had a stale atmosphere!!! Consider investing in window screens and proper HVAC service to enhance guest comfort!!!

My partner and I enjoyed a cozy night in the Deluxe Queen Room Massanutten. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, but we were disappointed by the breakfast timing and limited selection. If needing an early start, consider bringing snacks as options may not be readily available until later.

the breakfast was an absolute joke, resembling some cheap motel. truly expected a proper spread but ended up with breads, no real options for those with dietary needs. And the hot tub? complete mystery—no one bothered to explain it. just for that, I almost thought about giving a good review but just couldn't. ugh!
